WE tv orders reality series 'Sex Box'

The reality dating show arena just became a bit more crowded: WE tv has ordered nine, one-hour episodes of Sex Box, based on the U.K. show of the same name. In this therapy-based series, couples go into a camera-free, soundproof box to have sex, then emerge postcoitus to discuss their problems with a panel of experts.
"Sex Box is one of the most unique and compelling show concepts we've ever seen, and we can't wait to bring it to WE tv," said Marc Juris, the network's president. "Our featured couples will get a once-in-a-lifetime experience, while our viewers will get the kind of bold, break-through-the-clutter programming they increasingly associate with WE tv."
Sex Box is slated to premiere in the U.S. in early 2015.
