Married EastEnders actor Shane Richie hit the headlines when he was pictured in a public display of affection with another woman outside the Park Lane Hilton hotel on September 9.
But the mystery blonde, now known to be called Haidie Jago has hit back to deny any wrongdoing in a statement.
She said: 'The recent publication of pictures of Shane Richie and myself taken at the TV Choice Awards – along with the accompanying stories - was misleading, inaccurate and deeply intrusive to both me and my family.

'There was not, and never has been, any sort of personal relationship whatsoever between Mr Richie and myself.
'He was a guest at the awards on September 8 of H Bauer for whom I was hosting a celebrity table.
'After the event I escorted Mr Richie to the car booked for him as our guest. Like scores of people at this or any award ceremony we parted with a kiss.'

In the pictures, the affable EastEnders star – loved by millions for his role as doting husband Alfie Moon – is seen with his arms around the mystery blonde in the early hours of the morning.
Shane, 50, leans in and kisses his companion on the lips as she wraps an arm around his back before playfully rubbing his head.
The incident took place following a successful night for Shane, after he had helped his EastEnders cast-mates celebrate scooping the award for Best Soap earlier that evening.
Onlookers claim the London born actor ventured outside for a smoke after toasting the win with pals Danny Dyer and Jessie Wallace – his onscreen wife.

One source told The Sun on Sunday that the pair laughed and chatted for 20 minutes adding: 'A few seconds later the blonde came out, looking round for him. She went straight up to him.
'She was running her finger down his chest and into the open collar of his shirt, then ran her fingers through his hair and stroked his head.'
The petite blonde appeared to be familiar with the star and the duo shared a deep conversation.

She was dressed in a short dark dress with an embellished silver top section and skyscraper heels.
The duo appeared oblivious to onlookers as they openly kissed and hugged in the street.
Shane is understood to have driven back to the home he shares with second wife Christie, who he married in 2007, and their three children – Mackenzie Blue, eight, Lolita Bell, six and infant Romani-Skye Angel Shelley, three.

The actor – who also has three children with his first wife, TV presenter Coleen Nolan – previously admitted to an affair with Alison Hall, the manager of his fan club, in 2011.
Meanwhile, Shane's on-screen character Alfie Moon has also landed himself in hot water after setting his home ablaze.
Moon is now dealing with crippling guilt as he watches his wife Kat Moon (Jessie Wallace) battle through her 'life-changing' injuries.

And on Thursday night's episode of the hit BBC1 soap, Alfie will approach Kat with the intention of telling her the truth about how the fire was started when he visits her in hospital.
But as he stands over her bed, an emotional Kat breaks down and thanks him for saving her life, causing a nervous Alfie to back away from making the shocking confession.
A spokesperson for Shane Richie has declined to comment to MailOnline.
