We tell ourselves that age is just a number, but is it really? If you use these still-going-strong celebrity relationships as a yardstick — measuring how age disparity affects the stability of a romance — then yes: Evidence would suggest that age really is only a number.

We've assembled a collection of celebrity couples with age gaps of 10 years or more. Most of them have been together for a while, have started families and remain super happy, in addition to being insanely good-looking and talented.

Mind the gap? Nah, since they sure don't.

Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon - 10 Years

There's a 10-year age difference between Mariah Carey (1970) and her hubby Nick Cannon (1980), but that isn't hampering their joy. They are parents to twins aka Dem Babies, who were born on their anniversary (April 30).
